Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the claim and work to provide a suitable resolution.
